    Calcedonio, a Sicilian by birth, passionate about Italian cuisine, created Moorea Pasta in 2019 in Moorea. The reputation for the quality of my products has rapidly spread over Tahiti, to today represent the benchmark in quality traditional fresh pasta in Polynesia.
